Playtech Acquires Casual Games Developer Funtactix
On the web gambling technology giant Playtech announced on Tuesday so it has made another move towards bolstering its casual games offering by buying popular social and mobile video gaming studio Funtactix. Details on the transaction have remained undisclosed.
Headquartered in New York, Funtactix has also offices in l . a ., Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem, and is known for developing social and games that are mobile on a number of popular films and franchises, with Mission: Impossible and The Hunger Games being just handful of these.
Apart from producing in-house video gaming titles, the business normally understood for working with lots of activity giants such as Lions Gate Entertainment and Paramount.
